Derived from the request kind. Z13V → S17, Z13VH → S18.
Z04 (15-min) is the default and matches every live Lowery contract. Z01 is for legacy profile-estimated meters.

What happens next

  1. We send the Z13V EDIFACT message to DSO .
  2. DSO returns a CONTRL ACK (usually within 5 min).
  3. DSO returns Z14 with metering points (typically 1–4 days).
  4. We send our own ACK and the contract becomes ACTIVE.
